Grief Chart - Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something that’s important to you. It’s the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. Usually, the grieving experience can cause. Some lists add phases like shock, disorganization, testing and processing. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. Grief is the acute pain that accompanies loss. Most of us think of grief as happening in the painful period following the death of a loved one. You may feel a variety of emotions, including anger, sadness, or loneliness. Grief is not limited to the loss of people, but when it follows the loss. Grief often includes physiological distress, separation anxiety, confusion, yearning, obsessive dwelling on the past, and apprehension about the future.
