Grommet Size Chart - While doing a little maintenance of pcv valve & grommet a pretty good sized chunk of the hardened rubber pcv valve grommet slipped off my. Door wiring loom is nla. From what i can tell on my 1962 fj40 the two large are 46mm and the three smaller ones are about 26mm. Hey folks i'm trying to replace the pcv grommet but can't get it out. Have someone found these sold separately? Found the grommet, seems simple enough. I tried different methods/tools but it started to break into pieces and i stopped right there. I am in the process of replacing the pcv valve and grommet.and of course the old grommet was rock hard. Mounting hole 30mm and total width of this grommet is 40mm.
